Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ashland is Headquarters Hotel for the October 18, 2009 and February 7, 2010 Classic Swap Meets by Will Stoner.

We are pleased to announce that the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ashland, Ohio will be the headquarters hotel for the October 18, 2009 and February 7, 2010 Classic Swap Meets at the Ashland County Fairgrounds. Hotel manager Terry Lai has provided us a special group rate of $69.00/night plus tax for Saturday October 17, 2009 and Saturday, February 6, 2010. This rate is thirty two percent below the published price. The phone number for the Holiday Inn Express Ashland is (419) 281-2900. The address is 1392 Enterprise Parkway, Ashland, OH 44805. The hotel is just west of Interstate 71 Exit 186, off U.S. 250. The Fairgrounds are about four miles from the hotel.

Classic Events by Will Stoner Bike Show Rules 2009-2010

1. Eligibility
1. Bike show open to all brands of motorcycles manufactured between 1900 and 1990. Machines built in 1990 are eligible.
2. Judging
1. Judges will be selected by Classic Events Staff.
2. Judges my enter bikes in the show, but are not eligible to judge the class(es) in which they have bikes entered.
3. All Judges’ decisions are final.
3. Entry fees
1. Bike show entry fee is $10 for the first motorcycle and $5.00 for additional machines.
4. Safety
1. All Motorcycles must have less than ½ tank of fuel.
2. All gas tanks must be taped shut.
3. Motorcycles may not be started inside the building.
